The Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas (North & South Towers) consist of two adjacent resorts located side by side on Ka’anapali Beach The resort is ideally located on Ka’anapali Beach, north of Black Rock. There is excellent snorkeling right in front of the resort. A continuous free shuttle runs to several area locations, providing easy access to shopping and dining.

Ocean Front: Located on the ocean side of building 2, 3, 5, or 8 (see map below)

Ocean View: A view of the ocean, but farther back from the beach.

Island View: A view of the pool, green belt, park, or resort landscape.

Garden View: A view of the pool, green belt, park, resort landscape or mountains.

Elite Owner’s View: Elite owners have higher priority to be assigned a good view.

Resort View: At the Westin Nanea Ocean Villas, “Resort View” includes ocean view, garden view, and island view (all views except for oceanfront.)

Amenities

This floor plan shows both villas. Each villa has a kitchen, king bed, sleeper sofa, over sized bathroom, dining area, living area, and washer dryer. Each villa sleeps 4. The larger villa is about 900 sq. ft. and the smaller villa is about 500 sq. ft.

These units can be used as two separate private villas or can be rented together, to make a larger unit of 1,400 feet. It’s perfect for larger families, two couples traveling together, or taking along the grandparents or the nanny.

This luxury villa provides all the convenience of a tropical home:

More Information

*HOUSE KEEPING: This resort, like most timeshare resorts, does not include daily maid service, however daily maid service is available for a separate fee, which you can arrange directly with the resort at check-in. A mid-week “tidy” is included at no charge, and all villas receive a deep-cleaning between guests.

*SMOKING: This is non-smoking resort – if you smoke in the room, you will be charged $250 at check-out. If you smoke, please ask where the smoking areas are, when you check in.

*OTHER RESORT FEES: There are no mandatory resort fees, and self-parking is free, but the State of Hawaii charges all guests a local accommodations tax at check-out, which will be charged to your credit card – you would have to pay this tax no matter where you stayed on Maui. The tax ranges from about $5 per day for a studio villa to about $15 per day for the largest ocean front villa.

*TRANSPORTATION: The resort is about 45 min. from the main airport. The resort does not offer a shuttle service, and most guests rent a car at the airport, or arrange for a private shuttle.

*WESTIN HOTEL: Please note that this property is NOT the Westin Maui Resort and Spa Hotel. This is a newer, all-villa property, north of Black Rock. Villa guests may not use the facilities at the hotel.

*FREE LOCAL SHUTTLE: The resort offers a free local shuttle to Lahaina Town, the grocery store, and to the southern part of Ka’anapali beach, for shopping and dining.

*VIEWS: At this resort, there are 4 different view categories:

• Ocean Front – The closest villas to the ocean – in buildings 2, 3, 5, & 8 (See aerial photo with building numbers above.)

• Ocean View – A little farther back from the ocean.

• Island View – Pool, garden, and mountain views.

• Floating View (unassigned view – assigned by the front desk at check-in)

• Guests are guaranteed to get the view on their confirmation, but the specific villa location will be assigned by the resort at check-in, within the view category. We can “request” a high or low floor, but it’s not guaranteed.

• The front desk does their best to accommodate guest’s requests, but it’s not guaranteed.
